Foreigners may open an account at Post Offices or banks. With a valid Alien Resident Certificate, a passport, and an initial deposit of NT$1,000, please proceed to the Service Counter at 1st floor of Administration Building of CYUT during 1pm to 2:30pm, Tuesdays and Fridays for opening accounts.
