hands-on vs. hands-off
	放手、插手 hands-on和hands-off都可用來形容管理風格。從字面來看，hands-off是「放手」，不直接介入，相反的，hands-on就是干涉、插手 例如： Janet drives the staff crazy because she is very much a hands-on manager. （珍妮是個凡事都要插手的經理，同事都很受不了她。） 例如： The board of directors criticized Henry for his detached, hands-off style of management. （董事會批評了亨利那種疏離、不干涉的管理方法。）
